An anonymous crypto exchange offering instant swaps with no KYC, no limits, and high execution speed.

Due to long-term decline in organic visibility and the inability to scale paid crypto advertising, the platform experienced a significant drop in demand. The task was to rebuild discoverability, trust, and organic growth using search-first channels.

Visibility Gap Analysis

The client came to us with declining organic traffic and closed paid channels due to crypto advertising restrictions. They assumed they needed “better SEO.”

We ran their brand and key competitors (Changelly, SimpleSwap, ChangeNOW, Swapspace) through a full AI Visibility Audit across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

Findings:
